Why isn't your stock listed online?

Inventory moves quickly and quantities change daily. A published catalog would mean quoting stock we no longer hold, so we quote live instead. Tell us what you need on the Check Stock page and we'll come back with what's actually on the floor.

What condition are the consoles in?

Every unit passes a five-stage refurbishment — physical inspection and condition grading, functional testing, OEM authenticity verification, factory reset, and a final sign-off. Anything that fails a stage does not advance. Full detail is on the refurbishment process page.

How do I know the hardware is genuine?

Serial numbers are cross-referenced against manufacturer records and internal components are inspected for non-OEM substitutions. We do not accept aftermarket, cloned, or modified hardware into inventory.

What quantities do you work with?

Quantities are quoted case by case. Send us the categories you're interested in and roughly how many units you need, and we'll come back with pricing and lead times for that volume.

What happens if a unit arrives faulty?
